Volunteers:

We have an urgent prayer request. Lexie the daughter of one of our families we have helped over the years had an emergency trip to Children’s Hospital in Dallas yesterday because she couldn’t breathe. She is the daughter of the Neptunes and has had brain tumors and multiple surgeries over the years. She wasn’t doing well when they got there and I haven’t heard back yet this morning. She is the sweetest little 10 year old having had so many brain surgeries these 7 years since they began when she was 3. She knows Jesus and has great faith at her young age. Please lift her and her family up who have been there all night waiting on her recovery. God is bigger than brain tumors and would love to do more miracles in the earth so we pray for His kingdom to come and His will be done in Lexie and her family as it is in heaven!

Also, please pray for Kai…. Ty…… and Be….. 3 new ladies that Wings has been helping that they will have an encounter with Jesus, the lover of their souls.! They all need jobs that will meet their families needs, and Kai needs God to intervene in her life so she can get her children back from CPS.

Please pray for Nic….. that she will have her health restored. She has battled low blood pressure, dizziness , and needs her health restored. She’s the one who has been my most comitted student of spiritual growth and loves Jesus, the Word, and sharing it with people. Also please pray for Ma….. who is another lady we have ministered to over the years who is facing some financial problems. She has completed her Massage therapy training and needs to pass her license tests. She also has some new financial problems concerning her budget and her home mortgage. She is very hard working and has taken on a part time job and has 2 sons to manage as well.

We also have some really neat things happening with the family we began helping 15 years ago. This is a lady who was the very first of 2 to come to church from our meeting in the club. 3 of her children got saved and baptized the very next Sunday. They have been in their home town all these years and we had lost contact. Recently one of the daughters who is now 20, texted me that she wanted to do bible study again like we did whenever she was in middle school. She and 2 of her siblings needed bibles so Wings sent them a bible care package with bible for each of the 4 now grown children and journals and Wings bible studies. We will begin this week on Facetime live, hopefully! That was a real work of God because I had not reached out to them but she to me!
Along with that, their uncle, their mother’s brother, who is in prison is a spiritual teacher and preacher in the prison he is in in Texas. He became a fiery believer in Jesus and Wings has been helping him with Christian books and bibles etc. all these years. I never dreamed of having a prison ministry but God works things out and will use even someone like me! to reach who His hand is on!
Dwa….. and I have written back and forth all this time. Recently during his preaching a revival broke out and 50 men got saved! He expressed a desire for them to have bibles and Wings along with JSL in Waco texas through Highland Baptist there supplied 75 bibles and a scripture memory course from the navigators to this ministry begun by Dwa…. It is sooooo exciting to see what God is doing in so many lives! We also sent some books by Tony Evans that Dwayne requested. He reads them and passes them onto another who passes them onto another and on and on until many men have the chance to read them and absorb what God wants them to know! I want you to know that all prayers, donations, and support you give has made it possible not only to help us reach the women in the club, but also to help disciple so many more than that!
The last thing on this prayer request is one of our donors who is a single mom. She is in the process of going through a custody battle with visitation rights issues and she needs God to intervene for the welfare of her children. Please pray that God will give victory on behalf of what’s best for her children!
