 Update on LexieI am enclosing photos and report on Lexie from her mom Sarah. The whole family had to make a whirlwind trip back to Children’s hospital in Houston last week. As is the case with most of her surgeries for cleaning out brain tumors, there are side affects and possible problems in her health that require trips to the hospital. From Sarah Neptune: <<LEXIE UPDATE>> I hate to show such a vulnerable side of lexie, but this is her world, our world, it’s our life, it’s childhood cancer… Surgery and radiation effects are harsh and the medication to keep her alive can be just as bad. We have times where things are wrong and we have times when things are just ok, but we think most the time things are great! Everything is… just ok right now, but we are more then blessed for just ok! We will continue to push and pray for Lexie to have a better normal. These kids deserve more normal. They deserve safe treatments and safe options. These kids fight hard and give so much to not leave us   They deserve more then 4%!!!With that said, we’re grateful that our Father has continued to protect Lexie through all of this. We are gratetful for all of our friends and family being here through all of it (we see everyone of y’all, loving her and us) . I mean this when I say, “WE WOULD HAVE NOTHING WITHOUT Y’ALL”! God’s got Lexie, and he will continue to shine his light on her. The Neptune’s are home! God is good!Thank you so much for praying and giving resources for Wings to be able to help this family!
